The Kawarthas have a total population of 73,000, with the Town of Lindsay being the city centre with a population of 19,000.
The region of Kawartha Lakes is made up of the smaller towns of Bobcaygeon, Fenelon Falls, Lindsay, Omemee, and Woodville.
The Kawarthas are located in South-Central Ontario, about a 90 minute drive from Toronto. The Lakes help to form the Trent-Severn waterway system that connects Lake Ontario to Georgian Bay.

The Kawarthas have been called a golfer’s paradise. They offer over a dozen courses both 9 and 18 hole, that are surrounded by lakes, trees and all the beauty the Kawarthas have to offer.
