We will gather data on the key structural features of the building and /or the property through a potential site visit, photographs of the property and any available information that we are able to obtain on the property and project.
We will develop a report assessing the structural issues, development issues and the risks and rewards of the project.
We will render an opinion of economic viability of the project and construction risks as well as early assessment of construction strategies that may be deployed in executing the project.
